BRIDGET MACDONELL
PROJECT ASSOCIATE
As Project Associate with Positive Impact, Bridget Macdonell is responsible for organizing event activations, managing brand ambassadors and working with company representatives. Her duties include scouting event locations, scheduling staff, preparing reports on each activation, and providing various other administrative and operational assistance.
Macdonell graduated from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio with a B.A. in Communications Studies. During her time at Wright State University, she served as the club hockey team’s manager for two seasons.
In 2017, Macdonell completed a summer internship with the Chicago Steel Junior Hockey Team. As an intern, she worked numerous community events and helped with administrative duties in the front office. She was also selected to work the 2017 National Hockey League Draft, held at the United Center in downtown Chicago.
Prior to joining the Positive Impact team, Macdonell worked as a Ticket Sales Consultant with The Aspire Group for Rutgers Athletics. She also assisted with customer service and sales related game day operations for football, men’s and women’s basketball, and wrestling.
Before joining the sales team at Rutgers, she worked as a Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty. Originally a native of northern New Jersey, Macdonell relocated with her family to Illinois in 2008. Throughout high school and college, she worked annually with the United States Hockey League, assisting with their combines.
